Where are we going?
- Vietnam (or 6 regions of your choice)
- Registration is limited to 6 Institutions ONLY per tour. Institutions on waiting list will join the tour on subsequent dates within the same time frame/season
- After registering to participate in the tour(s), IAES will screen and analyze your Institution profile and will determine if your school is the right fit/match to participate in the tour(s). We will screen and analyze based on your location, programs, admission requirements, fees, students located in the destination country before booking you for the tour(s). If your school isn’t a good fit/match, we would then advise on other feasible locations and assist you in exploring and recruiting from those locations. This is because your ROI and our reputation are the most important to us!
Cost & Package – (Capped at $4200 per event)
$25,000 for all 6 events and is inclusive of;
- Return Flight Ticket for all 6 countries
- 3 nights’ hotel accommodation stay per country
- 120+ student attendance (all students pre-book their meetings with their preferred Institutions; 20+ students per school)
- 10-30 agent attendance (all agents pre-book their meetings with their preferred Institutions; 3-5 agents per school)
- 2-5 high school visits (Depending on school’s availability)
- Student and agent database after the event
- Designated table and chair for pre-booked one-on-one meetings
- Visa support letter
